Sites can be very busy early in the morning and at clocking-off time which is why the 123 Signin App is designed to be as easy as possible.

Unlike some other sign-in systems, the 123 approach does not require an internet connection (ideal for remote locations) for the signin App, just register it once with your 123 account and install on site.

Contractors / Employee Sign-in

Contractors simply scan the QR code on the sign-in App and this creates a clocking-in record on the 123 App. The QR code changes every minute so cannot be copied and reused. Contractors time on site and clocking-off time are all recorded so you always know who's on site and what trades are available.

Contractor sign-in records can then be analysed online and with charts to see the working times for individuals and teams across project and contracts.
