Managing Contractors
The 123-Works time & attendance features are great when used with your external contractors/subcontractors. On arrival at site they can simply scan the QR code on the sign-in App and this creates a clocking-in record on the 123 App. Contractors time on site and clocking-off time are all recorded so you always know who's on site and what trades are available.
All information captured within 123-Works can be managed via one of our off-the-shelf or fully customised workflow to implment an approvals process for the time/attendance events. Approvers can approve/reject and add additional comments against the clock in/out events too.
